This payment is only made once you're absolutely certain, and you pay it at the same time as paying your damage deposit and first month's rent. The bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and a dresser. The space measures 720 ft² approximately. The building has shared laundry with an average price of $2.5 CAD per load (washer and dryer). The monthly rate includes hot water, cold water, electricity, heat, gas. Street Parking is available. A standard security deposit of half of one month's rent is expected to be paid, which will be returned at the end of the lease term.
