Looking for a roommate to take over a master bedroom of a two master bedroom apartment. It's in the Santa Clara, Irvine Company gated community. The common areas of the apartment including the kitchen, living room, and patio are furnished and stocked (but a little decor wouldn't hurt). The lease includes a one-car garage and parking permit for the other vehicle. Immediately downstairs from the apartment is an oversized jacuzzi that is underutilized and not much further down is a junior olympic-sized pool and another jacuzzi. There's a fitness room with free weights, elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, cable machine, and a few other contraptions. Utilities: Split halfway and depending on time of year and usage is about $100/person including water, electric, internet, gas, and trash. Location: Culver and Barranca within range of Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, UCI, and Irvine in general. In between the 405 and 5 freeways. Nearby shopping centers include the District, Diamond Jamboree, and Crossroads. About me: I'm a 26 year old, male, full-time IT professional. Pretty laid-back and have a friend or friends over after work and over weekends irregularly. I have a very friendly cat who will greet you every day from work or school. While I don't smoke cigarettes, I occasionally attempt to blow O's with my hookah on the patio. About you: A reasonably tidy, stable-income student or professional who can live with the aforementioned individual (me). Irvine Company will check your credit history. Interested?
