Relocating for work - otherwise I would not be giving up this apartment (lived here for 4yrs). It's between Harvard and Central Square giving you the ability to walk everywhere and enjoy the greatness that is Cambridge. Have 1 housemate who is a 31yr male finishing his residency in medicine at local hospital/research institute. We're both busy guys but when we do meet up at the apartment we're social and enjoy a nice glass of whisky or beer with some TV. Very laid back and no drama... apartment is clean although every few months we have a maid come through to give it an extra good clean ($50). Apartment is professionally managed with laundry in the basement (there is a website to let you know when it's free - so it's never an issue). Rent is $1205/month + utilities (internet and electricity) Looking for male in late 20s or early 30s that is either studying or professional that is drama free and can from time to time enjoy a nice glass of whisky or beer. Move in is flexible throughout January and will just be pro-rated. You will be taking over my lease which expires Sept 1, 2016 with option to renew - currently we've renewed the last 4years. To get on the lease you will have to apply at management office (simple process). If interested please give a quick description of yourself and what you do for a living.
