I am a grad student looking to rent out one of the rooms in my spacious Yaletown Apartment. I am looking for a female student or working professional as a roommate. The apartment and room is fully furnished and equipped and the rent is 1200 all utilities included + wifi, cable and if needed a parking space. The lease would be February to September. The apartment includes 1 shared bathroom, 1 shared living space, TV and washer/dryer in suite. The room comes with a built in closet, a desk, a dresser and a queen size bed (mattress, duvet and pillows provided).The apartment is on the 20th floor and therefore has amazing city views. The building has 24 hour security, a gym, a bbq patio, a pool and a jacuzzi. The building is in a perfect location: 1 block from the marina/ false creek, 5 minutes to the Yaletown- Roundhouse skytrain station, 10 minutes to the Stadium- Chinatown skytrain station and 5 minutes from BC stadium and the Rogers Arena. As noted above, I am a grad student who studies a lot and in addition I also work. Therefore, I am looking for a quiet, clean, responsible roommate who doesn't party in the apartment, who doesn't smoke and who doesn't do drugs. Although I study a lot, I like to go out once in a while and I enjoy cooking. I would love to find a roommate who'd be interested in joining me in these activities.
