Water is paid for by the community, resident is responsible for electric and gas which is through DTE.

Our apartment homes start at $575.00 per month for a 12 month lease. Shorter term leases are available for an additional fee.
Dogs and cats are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per home. Dogs must be less than 25 lbs. and be a non-aggressive breed. We have a flat pet fee for $10.00 per month. A $150.00 non refundable pet fee is due at move in, along with the security deposit.
