As you can see in the pictures, I have my queen size bed and a couch and there is still a good amount of space. My dresser is in the closet. Laundry is on the 1st floor. I am sub leasing this unit starting Feb 1 till the end of April and you'll have the option to renew the lease when my lease is up. Heat, water and gas are included.
