I'm a bilingual 31-year-old friendly, down-to-earth young professional woman (background in Communications & Psychology), looking for a female roommate to take a gorgeous, large room available in my 2-bedroom apartment in BEAUTIFUL & safe Westmount. I just moved here 3 months ago solo and now would like to share it with someone ! The room is available Feb. 1 :). Move-in date is flexible. Rent is $530 + utilities (Hydro/high speed unlimited Internet/gas) = $565. Bills would fluctuate but I don't imagine that much. Heating, fridge, stove, and dishwasher are included in rent. This bright apartment is right next to Westmount Park! It's a 10-minute walk downtown or a 5 min. bus ride (90 or 24 bus) to Atwater or Vendome metro. This bright room is furnished with a large wardrobe closet, chair, mirror, basic bed, & lamps.
