Transit stats: It's a 7 min max walk to the Marine Drive Canada Line Station and is 3 stops away from King Edward Station to catch the 33/25 buses if you go to UBC or need to travel for work. And it's only 1 stop away from Langara College. You can be downtown in less than 15 minutes via the Canada Line. Directly across the street from the building is the #100 bus, the #17 Oak and more to assist your commuting needs. Amenities: At Marine Drive Canada Line Station there's a brand new mall that includes a Shoppers Drug Mart, T&T, and a brand new Winners! A 5 min bus ride away is Superstore (15 min walk). Within blocks there's also 24hr food options like McDonald's, Denny's, Subway, and a Husky convenience store. You're only a 10 min walk to all the major banks, Safeway, a BC Liquor Store, 24hr 7-Eleven, hair and nail salons, gyms and yoga studios, walk-in clinics/pharmacies, Library, dollar stores, and thrift stores.
