I'm looking for someone to fill a 1 Bedroom/1 Bath room in a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath English Basement apartment beginning February 13-15. Although it's an English Basement, there's plenty of natural light - check out the pictures! It's conveniently located two blocks from Dupont Circle and is on a safe street near Embassy row (short walk to Georgetown, U Street, and Adams Morgan). It has large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, a washer/dryer in unit, exposed brick and new carpet/paint. There's Zone 2 parking on our street/nearby, and it's easy to find a spot. My roommate is looking for a professional in their mid-to-late 20s, who is clean, a non-smoker and who leads a quiet lifestyle during the weekdays but enjoys exploring DC and going out on the weekends. The apartment is almost entirely furnished so you would only need bedroom furniture. The rent is $1,175/month with ALL utilities included, even cable and wifi. So your total payment for housing each month would only be $1,175. Upon signing the lease, you'd also pay a standard deposit (also $1,175). We are looking for folks who are serious about moving in soon and would be open to signing the lease within a few days! We'd love to meet you tomorrow (Saturday), if possible, between 12-6pm.
