Hello Craigslisters! I am looking for a cool, great and professional roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment in Santa Monica. It is located near the beach, Lincoln street, main street, food places and many other perks. Its a 2 bed and 1 bath and it is 2 stories (2nd story has the bedrooms and bathrooms). There is a little yard! No pets! ME: I am a 27 yr old HR professional that is currently living there and loving it I have people that visit me and I do go out on the weekends, but through the week (Monday-Thursday), I am watching movies, working on my projects and chilling. I am a pretty clean and friendly person. I like to have a good time at all times too. I am open to anyone for a roommate, girl or guy. The rent is $1275 a month and you pay half for electricity and internet. Let me know!
