Rent is 575.00 per month, including all utilities.Wifi is 18.00 a month, and 1.25 for washer and dryer. I live in a three level townhouse with three other girls, who are students at Dal and NASCAD. We live on a quiet residential street off of Barrington,close to coffeeshops and bars, and a two minute walk to Spring Garden and main bus routes. We also live down the street from NSLC and a 24/hr superstore.
