I'm a 26-year old female working in finance. I’m looking for a roommate who is friendly, fun, clean and respectful.
The master bedroom of this huge 2 bedroom condo is available for a year, starting March 1. It has an ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and whirlpool tub. It also has a massive closet room between the bathroom and the bedroom, and is so big it feels like its own apartment.
The rest of the condo is gorgeous:
- Huge south-facing windows with a view of the lake from a high floor
- Hardwood floors and marble floors in the bathrooms and kitchen
- Big kitchen, with new appliances and all the supplies you need
- Furnished (as in the pics, except for the bedroom)
- Rooftop terrace with gardens, BBQs, 360 views of downtown Toronto
Location couldn't be better. Close to St. Lawrence Market, Queen TTC station, St. Michael’s, King and Bay, groceries, great restaurants and bars, Ryerson University etc. Building has a really friendly vibe.
Rent is $1500 + internet and utilities (shared)
