Me and my roommate are moving to a new location and are looking for someone to take over the lease of our two bedroom apartment. It is technically two seperate leases, one for each room, so if you are only looking for one room then that would also work. So it is technically $920 per room. The building is very new, clean and neat. It is located on Gerrard Street East, 5 minute walk from the eaton centre and dundas square, literally across the street from ryerson university. Also walking distance from OCAD, George Brown, and U of T, so its perfect for students!! Both dundas subway station and college subway station are within a five minute walk. Utilities are included, the unit also includes a microwave, fridge, and a stove. Bedrooms are very large and bright with big windows, one of the bedrooms feautures double doors. There is one bathroom with a large shower. Looking for someone to move in March 1st. The lease goes until September 1st but you can always renew the lease after that or get someone to cover it whenever you would like. There is 24 hour security, key fob access to the building, a games room, an excercise room, and a study room. Laundry is located on the bottom floor, you will be given a laundry card when you move in.
