I'm looking to find someone, guy or girl, to split a 2 bed/2 bath apartment with in Chinatown. It's right around the corner from the metro and a great location. I haven't signed the lease but it is still still available - my application is actually already in, so i'm looking to move FAST. Basically, it's an apartment up for grabs and I was about to sign on with someone but they backed out last minute; contact me only if you're willing to sign on like immediately after your credit check passes. It's literally a steal and other people are going to take it in a few days since the place is getting relisted after we bailed. DON'T APPLY HERE just call me or email me! About me: I (22m) recently graduated from the University of Southern California in May of 2015 and moved to San Francisco to work in a tech start-up. I ended up moving out here about three weeks ago for a different job. I actually am working another job as a side-project and spend most of my free time at my girlfriends place, so i'm going to be super low-key and you might not see me for a few days at a time. Looking for: I'm looking for someone who is in their 20's, guy or girl, who is working or a student and doesn't necessarily expect to be best friends - just a chill living situation where we get along. Only expectation is that you keep the common space reasonably clean and do your dishes. When i do have downtime i like to go to the gym, go hiking, travel, and go to nice restaurants, or just chill out and burn through netflix and movies. The place:. So I visited already and took those pictures and the video - its super nice, built in 2005, very soundproofed for being only a floor (2nd floor) above the streets of Chinatown. I think it's like 10 foot ceilings - huge windows in each room, nice wood floors. Bedrooms carpeted. Appliances are all great, there's a dishwasher as well. Your bathroom would be the one in the hall, although we could plausibly talk about you taking the master bedroom if you want to pay more. There's no floorplan anywhere to be found so i made a janky one guesstimating everything. I can already tell my guess for the living room is off - i think the width is smaller than the bedrooms (probably 10ft not 14) I think your room is about 11-12ft x 11-12ft or so with a big closet. The only annoying thing is that your room has this stupid sliding door that isn't flush with the wall - i'd be happy to chip in to get a better door, but i'm not going to be loud anyways. It's an amazing deal for how nice a place it is, how large it is, and where it is. That's about it. Low-key guy with a girlfriend and two jobs looking for a chill roommate, guy or girl, to take down a really nice apartment at a good price for the next year. Let me know!
