My incredible 2bd/2ba is in need of a roommate. Maybe you're that person. Move-in is March 1. Here are the details: Here's what you get all to yourself: -Your own bedroom approx. 10 x 12 with AC/heater, an incredible view of the hills, and a walk-in closet (bedroom is pictured below, but it's the picture of how it was furnished before I moved in--it will be empty when you move in) -Your own un-attached bathroom with recently remodeled fixtures and bathtub/shower combo -a 60-inch LCD TV (this came with the apartment, and I don't need it, so you get it if you want it. If you don't, we'll just put it somewhere else!) -underground parking spot that is NOT tandem! -bicycle storage in the garage Here's what we share in the apartment: -gigantic living room with a freaking fireplace -kitchen with all the appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal -in-unit washer/dryer Here's what we share in the building: -pool -jacuzzi -2 BBQs The apartment is walking distance to all the bars and restaurants on Santa Monica, the 24 Hour Fitness, and Melrose Place. Urth Caffe and Alfred Coffee are quite literally at the end of the block, but the street remains miraculously quiet. It's an amazing location. About me: I'm a 29-year old male that works in entertainment--sometimes I work out of home, sometimes I'm at an office downtown. I like the things that everybody says they like in their "about me" sections: reading, movies, music, hiking, hanging out with friends, yachting, civil war reenacting, training sea mammals with positive reinforcement. There is also a dog that will occasionally live with us--small, well-behaved chihuahua named David "D" Carradine who just wants to lap-nap. About you: Tell me whatever about yourself and we'll figure out if we can do this. You'll need to pass a credit check for the landlord and be able to show some proof of stable income. Other than that, I'm pretty much open to whomever you may be. Rent is $1215/month. We split electricity (between $40-80 per month depending, really, on how much we use the heaters) and internet ($80/month). All-in you can expect to pay between $1240-1280/month. The building pays trash, water, and gas. I subscribe to Netflix and Hulu, which I'll continue paying for by myself.
