The position is for a girl in a 4 bedroom/2 bath. All the girls I currently live with attend school at UTK, and they are all very nice, fun, and welcoming people that you will easily get along with perfectly!
The rent is $556 with utilities included. The apartment is fully furnished, and you will have access to free tanning, computer lab, and a gym in the clubhouse!
You are only 2 minutes from UTK campus and 5 minutes from the main strip with all sorts of places to go eat, shop, etc!
Also the apartment comes with all furniture for a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer in the unit, and parking spots are available as well.
