I have available the largest room with a walk in closet inside a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Somerville, MA. The house is located near Ball Square and a 10 min walk to Davis Square and a 12 min walk to Porter Square. There are 3 other roommates in the house, each are young professionals under 25. Utilities are split among the 4 people that live here every month. That includes cable, internet and heating. Room is unfurnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking available. I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in September. The place is available in April or in the 2nd half of March (would charge half rent). If you would like to extend the lease, the landlord would be happy to speak to you about that.
