About the Apartment: We have 1 bedroom + private full bath open in our 2 bedroom/2bath 915sqft. apartment. The bedroom has large closet in bedroom, + a hallway coat closet, and the larger private full bathroom. Parking is free on site. We are also a dog-friendly community. Lease is until Feb 2017 (approx. 1 year). Rent is 1,680/month for the room including utilities (PG&E, Trash Removal, Water, Wifi). (If you have a pet there are additional fees). Easy hwy access, and close to both the Sunnyvale and Mountainview Caltrain stations (bikeable or drive and park). Community is super quiet, clean, beautiful and safe with a mix of older-young professionals to middle aged families. There is a small 40 dollar application fee/person + 250.00 security deposit. with our front office and a background check, and proof of income. 40.00 has to be paid at time of application. Security deposit could be paid up front or paid over the course of the lease i.e. 25 extra/month. About Us: We are both in our early 30's, pretty chill, extremely clean in common areas, work hard but also love getting out on the weekend to go hiking, camping, and traveling. Mike also plays Hockey. We both love food and cooking :) Mike and I have been together for 8 years. Mike works in the tech world in Sunnyvale and I commute up in SF 2 days/week and 3 days/week from a coffee shop or community workspace, or sometimes at home. I work for a start up in (Marketing and PR). I also am a freelance writer, and volunteer with 3 different organizations for various community causes and missions.
