Apartment for rent in beautiful Logan Square. Current configuration includes master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and lots of closet space, but the dining room could easily be used as an open second bedroom. The building is pet-friendly, and in a great part of Logan Square - just up the street from Logan Boulevard and the Logan Square Farmer's Market, close to great dining like Longman & Eagle, and in between the Logan Square and Belmont Blue Line stops. Also close to the Kennedy if you're a driving commuter, or Milwaukee or Elston Ave if you go by bike.
Cats and small dogs are welcome, but we were able to talk the leasing company into allowing our larger dog without much resistance. Pets fees are worked out with the leasing company - ours was a one-time fee of $200, but as with everything with this company, it seems to be negotiable.
Laundry is located in the basement storage facility. They recently rehabbed the entire basement - the machines now take credit card or app payment. Bike storage is also in the locked basement, as well as a decent-sized storage unit.
The lease is managed by M. Fishman. We're breaking our lease early in order to take advantage of a deal from a friend that was too good to pass up, which is why we're listing this instead of them. They're generally pretty lax in regards to what you want to do with the apartment - we painted the entire apartment, and were successful in getting them to perform a few upgrades.
Since this is a relet, we're willing to work with you on what we leave and what we change before we go. We'll likely be leaving the wardrobe in the master bedroom and the shelving units in the living room - if you want them we can definitely strike a deal there.
We'd like to move into the new apartment on March 1st, but we're relatively flexible - if April 1st works better for you, feel free to reach out.
Tenants are responsible for utilities. In 2015 the utilities have been coming in around the following amounts: gas - $46, electric - $52, water/sewer - $22. Grand total of $120, which brings the total rent up to $1460 after utilities. $350 move-in fee, $50 application fee, renters must have renter's insurance. Pets allowed for extra fee on top of rent.
