Two bedrooms for rent in Cherry Hill house, convenient to Capitol Hill, Central District, SeattleU, International District, et al. One room is available now, and the other will be available early-to-mid March. The bedrooms themselves are fairly small, but you also have access to the upstairs common area (living room, dining room, kitchen, deck/balcony, etc). There is one dedicated bathroom for the two rooms for rent, and there is also a stacked washer/dryer on the same level. A desk, chair, and basic bed (twin-size) are available for each room, but of course you can alternatively supply/supplement with your own furnishings. Two Amazon employees had been filling the vacancies (have lived here since Oct 2014), but one is moving for work in another city and the other is getting own apartment, so the rooms are available again. Besides the two rental rooms (1st floor), and the common area (2nd floor), there is one more floor above the common level, which is where I live (master suite). My name is Kevin, easy-going, mid-20s, working in Biotech/Pharma industry, been in Seattle almost 3 years. House is Non-smoking (420 is fine, but not in the house - there are balconies, porches to use); note also that there is a house-cat ('Cezanne' ^o^), in case you have allergy issues (current tenant has allergies but has not had any issues, for what it's worth) Full list of amenities (for common use): Outside decks with sitting area (2nd floor and ground level - ground level also has fire pit), Charcoal grill, wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen (inc. large fridge, dishwasher, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.), washer/dryer, half bath on same level as kitchen/common area, street parking is available (with free, Seattle 'Zone 2' permit) - Note: you may also be able to use the driveway, depending on size of your car), limited storage space is also available All utilities included.
