The apartment is located in Kerrytown, close to UM Med Center and only two blocks from Zingerman's. All utilities (plus high-speed Internet) are included except electric, which runs about $20-30 a month. The building and neighborhood are quiet and mostly full of grad students, but it is a short walk to downtown.
This apartment has all wood floors, good natural light, laundry in the building, and easy street parking. I have lived here three years, it's a great place, but I have to move out of state. I am willing to part with much of the furniture. Contact me for more pictures or a tour.
