Hi All! We are looking for a quiet and friendly person to occupy the second bedroom in this cozy and warm two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at 55 Lisgar Street in the heart of Queen West! This sublet is for the month of March only, however, as we are looking to move and have given our notice as well, there MIGHT BE a possibility to renew the lease: No guarantees. We are aiming to move April 1st, however, we may need to extend our notice to vacate. This is an evolving situation, so please as for details in interested about this possibility. The apartment is $1540 but split 3 ways = $513 a person. We have a 2-piece ensuite off our bedroom, and only enter your bathroom for quick use of the shower. We pride ourselves on being thoughtful and considerate roommates who enjoy maintaining a friendly and relaxing environment at home (read: clean, quiet, open to chat but also respect space). I am currently a student wrapping up my degree and looking for work, and my partner works full time and is currently working an evening shift which lessens the traffic in the apartment.
