837 Kent avenue · Apartment for Rent

I have an unfurnished space opening up in my apt located in Clinton Hill/Ft Greene, Brooklyn March 1st, 2016. Located on Kent avenue near Myrtle avenue, walking distance to Pratt Insitute, off the G line and walking distance to either Bedford/Nostrand or Classon ave stops. Also the B54, B48, B44 are close by as well as a Citibike station just right around the corner. Anyhow, about the space, it's approx 15x20x10, it's a good size room, would probably fit a full size bed, drawers, desk, book case easily. I'm asking $750 per month plus utilities which we would split. Utilities include Con Ed, National Grid which vary on usage and Optimum Wifi which is a fixed cost at $49.95. I don't have a television in the apt. and would prefer that you didn't either but I'm not opposed to it either. I'm the only other person in the apt and have lived here for 10 years. There's isn't a private or separate entrance, we'd have to share the restroom and the kitchen. The building itself is fairly quiet and very safe. There's a ton going on around the neighborhood in terms of restaurants, shops, bars, grocery, coffee houses, etc. Post office is right down the street as well. If you ride a bike, there is room for you to store your bike in the building. LGBTQ friendly :) 420 friendly:)
