I'm looking for a roommate for my 3 BR apartment starting March 1 for a 1 year lease. This is in downtown Hoboken about 5 minutes walk to the light rail station, and 15 minutes to the Path train station. You will have your own private bedroom that can easily fit a queen bed and desk. You will share the bathroom with one other roommate. The apartment is pretty big at 1600 sq ft and has a washer and dryer in the unit. Utilities are split evenly. The house has central AC and heating using gas. Just a note about the pictures, the apt is currently occupied by a family and they will be moving out so there will be no kids living there. A little about myself- I'm a 28 year old working professional with a standard work schedule. I'm also respectful and neat. Ideally the roommate I'm looking for would also have a steady job and normal work schedule, and be able to clean up after themselves.
