The room is painted a light blue, the closet is spacious, and there are 3 large windows. The photos included were taken before I painted the room - if you would like to see the colour I can send you more photos. The bathroom also has a mirror now and the window in the shower has been painted with a clear matte spray paint.
Includes: kitchen with utilities (including microwave), fridge, stove/oven, laundry room with washer and dryer, balcony from the kitchen, common living room with table, futon and a TV, 1 parking spot (2 cars could fit)
Neighbourhood: Riverdale/Danforth (Carlaw and Gerrard).
There is a no Frills and gas station right across from the residence. Easy access to downtown via street car or bus/subway. Danforth go station is close as well.
