Hello! I have a Private Bedroom with Private Bathroom in a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment available April 1st! The room is big! I would say somewhere about 13x13 to 15x15. The room has a long mirrored closet, sliding glass door to the patio, it's own private bathroom and linen / storage closet. Open shared living and dining room. Kitchen has 4 burner top stove oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Washer and dryer not in unit but onsite. Also an laundromat across the block if you like them to do it instead. One shared parking spot, but lots of street parking and small shared storage unit above the parking spot. The apartment is 1 mile away from the beach! Plus awesome little bars and restaurants. Lots of people out jogging, riding bikes, and taking their dogs and babies out for walks around the neighborhood. I've lived here since 2013 and love it! About Me I'm a 33 year male working steadily in Production. I'm not one for hosting groups of people over for parties or the such, but don't mind as long as it's not frequent or makes the place a constant mess. I enjoy all types of music as well as playing music. I like to be crafty when I can. I keep to myself most the time but don't mind hangout either. With working so much I usually come home to make something to eat, watch something on Netflix, then head to bed. Weekends I either catch up on personal things like grocery shopping for the week and laundry or going out exploring. My favorite jokes are puns, the lamer the better. I enjoy drinks here and there, mostly if we are just hanging out listening to music, playing some video games or other dorky activities! What I'm Looking For Male or Female and Drama Free! The dorkier you are the more likely we will get along. If you are more of the "OMG I hate the world and I'm such a professional, look at me I'm more important than anything else, blah blah blah" you should look somewhere else ^_^ Working in film or marketing preferred, if not no worries. No smoking in unit (cigarettes or other). The Numbers! Rent is $1,114 plus utilities. Utilities (DWP and Internet) are split between the two of us, which will be between $35 to $90 each (DWP is average $55 every 2 months) Water and trash is paid by the apartment. So move in you will need 1st month $1,114 and deposit of $1,114 due on move in. Must sign 6 month lease, and agree to credit check $25. Don't hate me, they make you do it.
