Our house in a quiet neighborhood around Edmonds station (7-10 min walking distance). We are a young family of 3 but not a party type, so all our guests appreciate the privacy we provide. The kitchen and bathroom are shared among 3 guests, and I do not take couples to avoid "high traffic" in common areas. All rooms are lockable so you do not have to worry. All my current guests are adult students (27-31 y.o.) so they are done partying and focused on studies mostly, that's another reason we do not have cable TV, none's watching it. If you are away and looking for a place to stay for the first month to look around and see how it goes, we can do a short term agreement for a month, though the price is $100 more if you want less than 6 months.
