Hi everyone, I am looking to sublease my apartment STARTING at the end of March and the beginning of April at the Monticello of 42nd Street near University of South Florida. The apartment (4/4) is FULLY furnished and includes wifi, electricity and water. Four bed room, one kitchen room and one living room with balconies. It is minutes from USF and Hart bus station, and walking few minutes to USF campus. It is also a quite area without party in my apartment. My roommates are great. Rent is $540 instead of $590!!
