Private curtained-off den in a 1.5 bedroom unit at the modern, with-many-amenities Mosso apartment complex. Located in the heart of San Francisco's startup-hub neighborhood, SoMa. If you're into tech and are looking to immerse yourself in the entrepreneurial spirit of SF, then there's no better place to be.
Unit is shared with two respectful, mature, hard-working guys, mid to late 20's. 1 works at a startup and is here until lease's end (Feb '17). Other just started Hack Reactor, a 3-month program, and is here for several months. I am leaving for Atlanta, you will be taking my spot on the lease.
5th Street is relatively well-lit and feels safe at night when coming to-from Market Street. Westfield, Metreon, and the Powell BART station are all within a 10-minute walk, and many bus stops are right outside, giving this place a walk score of 96.

•About roommates:
•1 roommate is a 24yr-old male, works as a Growth Hacker at Springboard. Non-smoker, drinks socially in moderation. He's social and talkative and respectful if you need to be alone. He will be here until lease ends.
•Other roommate is a 29yr-old male. He is also social but very focused on work. Smokes outside, drinks socially in moderation. Just started Hack Reactor, a 3-month "coding bootcamp". Despite being a student, he was a professional before, and is solid financially.
•Both are good about picking up after themselves. Bad thing is that both are very busy and so we sometimes fall behind on cleaning chores (like cleaning mirrors, stovetop, etc). But I've been overall happy in terms of cleanliness.

How long you are looking to live in your next place.

Next steps would be:
1) optional -- check out the place and apt complex, 2) meet your potential roommates, 3) apply through apt complex to take my spot on the lease (background check, etc), 4) sign, pay, live in downtown SF!
Cheers!
