-Apartment is mostly furnished, however the room available is not. --All utilities included except for Hydro and internet.
-Is pet friendly! There currently is a kitten residing in one of the rooms.
-Roommates are Carleton U students who are quiet and tidy! Perfaberably looking for a lease take over as a subletter for April 1st (ends end of Aug, but can be renewed).
