I am subletting my private studio unit at UBC Marine Drive from Jul 1st - Aug 31st.
The room is clean, well-maintained, and will be fully furnished. Includes a full private kitchen and bathroom. Utilities and internet also included. Located in a great area right on UBC campus with a bus stop directly outside the building. Residence area has laundry, activity rooms, workout room, mail service, 24-hour support staff.
You must be eligible for residence housing at Marine drive to be a sublessee. That includes:
- being 19+ years old
- being enrolled at UBC over the summer OR doing research at UBC over the summer
