The apartment is located in Camden Summerfield in Landover MD and is about a 1 minute walk to the blue/silver Morgan Boulevard metro station and a short train ride to downtown DC. The complex has a pool, gym, and game and theater rooms. There is also a parking garage. The $1000 rent includes cable and valet trash removal. Dogs will be considered.
