The house is furnished with a large sectional sofa, a 40" flat screen TV, dining table and chairs, and some kitchen equipment.
The two bedrooms for rent is unfurnished. Furnishings can be negotiated if it's an issue.
Starting May 1, 2016, there will be 3 other Univ of Ottawa students living the house. 2 females and 1 male. They are exceptionally clean, respectful, easy going, and mature. Introductions will be made to make sure there is fit.
Utilities and internet is not included, it's split among the 5 tenants.
