We will be moving out of our 2bd, 2ba apartment, it is located at Commons at Timber Creek in Beaverton, OR. Right across the street from the Market of Choice and 2 minutes away from Highway 26. The floor plan is "Kirkwood", see link and it is on the second story of the building. There is ample parking and management has always been pleasant for us to work with!
THIS IS NOT A SUBLEASE. We are looking to get out of our lease without breaking contract. The best part for you is that from April to June 5, the rent will only be $1100/per month, not $1250 as advertised on the website. This is because we started leasing the apartment in June 2015 when rent was a little bit cheaper. I do not know how much rent will go up in June, it is something the leasing office is unsure of at this time but its a great opportunity for someone who is looking at getting a great Portland apartment while saving a couple hundred dollars!!
