Home is a 3-storey townhouse facing a park, and will be shared by a total of 4 people, including yourself. The house is a short walk from the Keele Subway station. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, laundry in the finished basement. Your room is on the 3rd floor. There is also a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. There’s a garage and parking space out back. Visitor parking is also available, and free. The neighbors are friendly, and the place has a very neighborly vibe. The rent for the available room is 600 a month plus a 1/4 of the utilities (which will be less than $100 a month). The room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. The pictures show some of the common areas of the house. As you can see, it has its charm! Groceries, pubs, library, public pool, Junction, and High Park are all within a 10-minute walk: About Us: Room 1: 39 y/o male public servant and a 28 y/o male IT guy. We are a couple. Room 2: 22 y/o male VFX professional. Room 3: YOU! There’s also a loveable and friendly cat. Who we are looking for: Professionals with a regular 9-to-5 routine, who are considerate and responsible. Ideally you would stay for 1 year. We are open to living with anyone regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, etc … just be a good person. Neither of us smokes or is into drugs, or parties. Unfortunately those who smoke or who want to bring in more pets won't be a great match.
