This is a small bachelor/ studio in the heart of the trendy area of The Annex, and the great thing about this place is it is within a short walking distance to the TTC, grocery stores, pubs, bars, restaurants, markets, UofT, The ROM, and there is also laundry onsite. My lease is up in August, but is also available for renewal for another year in August. It's been a great place, newly renovated with a nice landlord. I am willing to sell some of my barely used furniture for a good price if you are interested. Everything is included except for WiFi and a parking space should be available for an extra monthly fee.
