Hey Everyone! Looking for a roommate to move in ASAP. We have a nice place right off the JM Flushing stop by Woodhill Hospital, and a few blocks away from the Flushing G train. There's a giant newly renovated Food Bazaar for groceries nearby, along with a laundromat, Crunch Gym and Planet Fitness, shopping, and restaurants just steps from the apartment on Broadway. Lots to do within walking distance and travel options that makes it easy to get into the city and pretty much anywhere you'd need to go! Currently 2 guys (both mid-20s) in their own rooms, looking for a roommate to fill out the 3rd room which includes: ~Private Room w/ Lock on Door ~HUGE Closet ~Skylight That Fills the Room with Natural Light ~Fits Full Size Bed Plus Plenty of Furniture We both work professionally, one in film and the other in graphics/design. Both are easy to live with and are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. We'd love to field any offers and are flexible when it comes to the arrangement of the kitchen, living room, etc - it's a shared space and we're totally cool with personalizing it or making it comfortable for everyone! Bathroom is shared and has a shower with a window along with lots of storage. The Rent would be $800.00/Month with a security deposit submitted with first months rent.
