Washer and dryer in the unit, as well as dish washer, fridge, microwave and oven. There is also washer/dryer on-sight, and the unit includes gated parking for two cars (one space occupied by myself) as well as a pool and bbq.
Nice, quiet community only 5 blocks from the beach.
As for myself, I am a 31 year old male in the representation side of the entertainment industry. Very low-key, surf on the weekends. Have been living in this location since May 2014. Love it.
