Looking to sublet a large private room with a private bathroom in South Berkeley to a female renter from 4/1/16 through 5/31/16. The room is close to campus and close to the Rockridge BART station as well as to restaurants and Sack's coffee house. Rent is $1200 and the total cost of utilities has been $10-$15 per month.
There is a w/d in the house, a full kitchen, and a living room/dining room. There is limited street parking available. You would be living with 5 very sweet women.
