Hi there! We have a private room for rent in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Westwood. The apartment is located off of Santa Monica Blvd and Westwood. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive to Westwood village. We are two young professional females in our late 20's looking for a female roommate to share our place with. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the girls so please be clean! Looking to have someone move in to the place on or before April 10th. Rent will be pro-rated if move-in date is after the 1st of the month. First month's rent and a $900 deposit will be required upon move-in. Utilities will average $135/month and will include electricity, gas, water, trash pickup, high speed internet, and direcTV with HBO subscription. Tandem parking is included, but there is always plenty of street parking as well.
