Hello! We are looking for a new roommate to fill a room in our Dufferin/St. Clair 3BR main+Top floor apartment. Hoping to find a laid back, creative person who enjoys a good conversation. The area is beautiful and very residential. 15 mins to downtown area by bus. Close to ST.Clair Streetcar. Lots of amazing places to eat and gorgeous parks. Close to several No Frills/LCBO/100's of Cafes/Bakeries. They play music on the street during the summer. :) Room details: -One of two rooms on the top level -Unfurnished -Fits a queen size bed -Newer Floors -Lots of natural light -Closet/storage just outside of room (storage available in back garage as well) -We have Supa-Fast unlimited internet -Coin Laundry on site -Parking Pass Included if needed (street parking) -Shared Bathroom/Kitchen/Common area -Fully furnished common area with TV/Surroung Sound system for use anytime -Speaker System in kitchen to jam while you cook -The front porch is great in the summer for chillin (we have a little charcoal bbq). - stone backyard available for use with permission from LandLady -Lovely garden out front. -AC works well in the summer. Details about us: -Males, young professionals (23 & 26) working in Film Media and Marketing -We mostly hang with other creative people (musicians, film, artists) -Both very laid back -Enjoy meeting new people and having friends over -We like things to stay tidy and don't mind cleaning the common areas together (cleaning supplies are restocked regularly). -Enjoy making a meal together every once in a while -420 friendly -Landlady IS VERY COOL. She lives in the basement and will treat you like one of her children (lots of delicious Portuguese food/drinks/treats!). Available MAY 1st.
