I am looking for someone to sublet my one room (in a 2 bedroom apartment) from me for the spring semester. The apartment is centrally located near the University of Wisconsin Madison campus, so it is close to classes. It comes fully furnished to include a bed, dresser, and desk (for each room), kitchen table, couch for the living room, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The total cost of the apartment is $1340 (but divided by 2 people is $670.00, which will be the rent for a subletter for my room). The bathroom and living room are very good sized and the bedroom is rather cozy. There is also underground parking, if you have a car.
