The place is fully furnished but not in the bedroom. Front room includes 65inch flat screen Tv, surround sound, Apple TV, Amazon Fire Tv, blue ray player, cable and high speed internet. Guest bedroom has a 60inch tv and has a separate bath not connected to the room. Has a back patio with a grill and I'm in the process of getting furniture. Rent is $1100 a month plus utilities usually average around $150 a month. The location is great minutes from downtown and surrounding areas blue line is close along with bus routes. The 606 trail is steps away. Division street is very close has nice restaurants and bars. First and lasts months rent due at signing of the lease.
