I am looking to sublet my 1 master bedroom/private bathroom in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at Virginia Square Towers.
Virginia Square Towers is a brand new apartment complex located just one block from Virginia Square metro station, and only a few blocks from the bars and restaurants in downtown Clarendon. The apartment complex has amazing amenities including pool, state of the art gym, game room, study room, and so much more.
You'll be sharing the apartment with an awesome couple - two of our best friends. They are mid-twenties, super friendly, great to hang out with, and are respectful of common space.
I will be relocating and am looking for someone to sublet the apartment ASAP. The lease runs until July 31, but the full apartment can be rented month-to-month after that if you chose to stay! The rent is $1467/month, but we are willing to drop the price (significantly) depending on when you're available to move in!
