Will each have their own private bedrooms/bathrooms/walk in closet on opposite sides of the unit. The kitchen and living room is in the middle between the two rooms and is furnished. -Quiet, family oriented neighbors -Full kitchen: -Washer/dryer inside the apt unit -Central AC/Heater -Other amenities: gym, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool and jacuzzi -2 assigned parking spot included (one garage space and one outdoor) Rent is $1659 per month, and the rate will be shared 50/50. The utilities are not included in the price of the rent. The utilities will be split in half every month and the price is based on the bill each month from the utility company.
