I have one bedroom available in a spacious and charming 2bed/1bath in the heart of Noe Valley. The room has a great view of Twin Peaks from large bay windows. It's super nice - I've been living in it for the last 4 months. The apartment is on the top floor of a five unit Edwardian building. There are hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a fireplace that is now a heater in the room. The kitchen gets a lot of sun and has a walk-in pantry. There's also an adjacent small sun room that I'm currently using as an electronics workshop - which I can move this if need be. There is a split bathroom (separate room for toilet and tub). The backyard area is private and shared among all 5 units. Coin operated laundry in building. The apartment is near the Muni J line and a Google/Apple/Facebook/Linkedin/etc bus stop. The area has some hella trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops. There's a Whole Foods like a block away. Available to move in pretty much immediately. About me: I'm a mid twenties guy who works in tech downtown. I do some electronics stuff as a hobby and I usually go out on weekends in the city. I pay my rent on time and I'm friendly and respectful. About you: You should pay your rent on time and be a friendly and respectful person. Beyond that I don't care who you are. Other stuff: Utilities would be split between us. This includes internet and energy (electric & gas). Water is paid by the landlord. There is a $2500 security deposit. You would be taking over the lease from my last roommate. The lease term ends 11/31/2016, after which the lease is month to month.
