This 7.5 x 7.5ft room on the 2nd floor, as well as a large unfinished basement room, of a spacious house in the Hintonburg area will be up for rent June 1st at the latest. We are two room mates looking for a third, and you would need to take up a new year-long lease with us.
Rent is $600 monthly, utilities (hydro, gas, internet) not included. Utilities usually go about $40-50 per person per month. We have on-site laundry facilities, are LGBTQ+ friendly, pet friendly, and OW-friendly. Bus routes 176, 86, and 14 are in close walking distance, and Tunney's Pasture is about a ten minute walk.
