I am moving out of town in May and am looking to sublease my place for two months, starting May 1st. Outstanding tenants will have the opportunity to renew their own lease after June 30th. The townhouse is an amazing two-story unit located in the heart of Shaw, right across the street from restaurants like Shaw Tavern and Royal, and a 5 minute walk to the Shaw metro stop as well as a number of bus stops (90, 70, G2, G8, etc.)
The room for rent easily fits a queen size bed, and the downstairs living room and kitchen are fully furnished. You would be living with a female professional who is neat and friendly. I am willing to be flexible with your move-in date, as long as it is within the month of May. Rent is $900/month, utilities and internet are included.
