1921 13th St. NW · Apartment for Rent

Two of our roommates are moving out beginning June 1 and we need to fill the open spaces. This post is for one of the rooms in a 4 BR house on 13th Street at the intersection of 13th and U St. NW. We are steps away from the U St. metro, as well as all of the bars, restaurants, and shopping on U St. and 14th Street. It is my favorite neighborhood in all of the District. The kitchen is recently renovated with new appliances. The main floor has two large living rooms currently furnished. There is a dual range HVAC system for the top floor (with the open rooms) and the rest of the house. We currently have a premium DirecTV package as well as a monthly cleaning service. This open room shares a bathroom with one other bedroom on the top floor. This room contains a great view of 13th Street from a small balcony. There is a small patio area out back with two parking spots, however they are currently all spoken for. Street parking is very easy on 12th Street behind our house. The house has a washer and dryer in the house as well. As for the current tenants, we are two guys in our late 20s working full time. We work standard hours and prefer that our new roommates do as well. We are open to male or female roommates but ask that your age be similar to ours. We are very sociable and like to go out on the weekends and/or have people over, but like to keep it restricted to the weekends.
