Two young professionals are looking for a third roommate to fill a recently vacated room in our beautiful three-bedroom apartment in Wicker Park. We've lived in the apartment since October, and plan to resign the lease in July. This sublet would be available May 1st through July, with the option to sign the lease with us in July for another year in the apartment. We'd prefer someone who's interested in signing the lease. Some things about the apartment: - Three bedroom, one bath (all renovated) - The whole apartment was completely renovated before we moved in - Brand new appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher - In-unit washer and dryer! It's amazing - Central A/C is being installed this year! - Fully furnished (except for your bedroom), we have all the kitchen/dining room/living room things taken care of - Smaller bedrooms, but the apartment and location are incredible, it's worth it! - Front porch -Utilities not included, we have basic cable and internet set-up, and all utilities are already in our names - Steps away from bars and restaurants on Division and Milwaukee Ave, and very short walk to the Damen or Division Blue Line station. - We both have cars and easily park them on the street. Some things about us: - Two 20-something women, both work at nonprofits and are social, outgoing, and fun! - We've lived together for more than a year, and are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and easy-going. - We like to host parties, have friends over, but are respectful of each other's space and things.
